  I only gave one star because it wouldn't let me leave zero! This is the worst funeral home ever!!! Bought a policy 10 yrs before husband passed Phil Hoskins owner admitted that he had to fire employee due to her messing up so many contracts, but never one time contacted his customers whose contracts she messed up. Good Christian Right there oh wait he's a preacher. But boy when my husband suddenly passed away and I had an enormous bill due, because of his employees mistake he sure calls and sends lots of letters threatening to take you to court, maybe I wouldn't have owed this money had you cared so much about us before oh that's right what was I thinking he doesn't care about us just our money, but I think that's probably Beein in one of his sermons too... for the love of money is the root of all evil.. oh yeah that doesn't apply to him I guess just his parishioners! Because I don't believe he practices what he preaches ! He definitely doesn't show grace! Best wishes to this funeral home as I know I won't be using them again!

  Incredibly rude receptionist. Made small issues a complete burden. Reccomend avoiding if possible.

  Took flowers for my family and was really disappointed in the condition of the grave sites. The weeds are growing over the foot markers and monuments. Poor maintenance!

  On behalf of Steve.. The feeling is a kind and compassionate one as you enter their door. The whole staff is thoughtful, professional and yet warm. A special thank you to Phil for making Oak Hill such a beautiful and comforting setting.
